Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Located right next to the car park next to the Bay View shopping centre, if you need an Argos this particular branch is very convenient.

It's an argos like any other. Which means it's all down to how they handle returns and deal with customers.

Well they were very quick to replace a defective game controller without hassle. When the replacement turned out to be equally knackered they replaced it with a different one which works perfectly. No questions asked.

Can't argue with the customer service. Fair enough!

Find staff here not to friendly, the area manager needs to retrain there staff at this argos to smile more .they used to very friendly. as for goods we all know argos.

Average Argos store and many of the staff would definitely benefit from some additional customer service training.

I have only visited this branch the one time & unfortunately found the guy that served me (I think part of the management team as he was wearing a shirt rather than a t shirt) to be incredibly unhelpful, disinterested & finally, rude. I would never visit the branch again
