Argos Pontardawe

This is one is the best Argos in the South Wales area with quick, helpful and polite service. If only they were all as pleasant experience as Pontardawe. Fforestfach by comparison is a horror story!

I just needed some helpful advice with regard to approving goods before I buy.
I was very satisfied with the response.
I shall make it 5 stars if the staff stick to their word.

Nice sized Argos. Very friendly staff and always a quick service.

Staff were great but the product I bought was a wall bracket 23"-50" for a 32" TV only to find it doesn't fit its too narrow

Excellent service. Needed help with bringing in a microwave being returned and with the new one being taken out to the car (due to back probs). A young man named Steffan helped with the carrying and the exchange. Couldn't ask for more. Well done Argos.

Staff here are always polite and helpful, even on the busier times of year. I usually reserve online prior to travelling to avoid disappointment.

Doesn't always have alot of stock but excellent to have within a small town.

Reserved items to pick up in store, when I arrived at the till the price had increased by £60! They did honour the reservation price but this to over half an hour in store. Defeating the purpose of the reserve and pick up in store service.
