Argos Wrexham Plas Coch

The most pleasant of all the Argos shops I have visited,good product at competitive prices.

Good parking.. Fast efficient service..

Clean and a good number of areas to.check through the immense catalogue. Also has the option to electronically pick and pay option.

Easy access and parking great value for money

Terrible service!! Our number was called and we could see our item by the shelves, however all the staff were collecting items off the conveyor belt and taking them out the back, when a woman did come to the counter after at least 5 mins she went and served someone else and so did the next woman to appeaer at the counter. So when they finally bothered with us I pointed this out and was told "I will take it on board"!!!! What rubbish service.

Easy access from the bypass and plenty of parking. The shop offers click and collect, self service desk and frendy staff if you want to speak to a real person.

Catalogue retail outlet. The building is on the small side, as originally this was all part of the adjacent Homebase store. However they do operate an effective system to quickly select, pay for and collect items from their catalogues.

There is the option of a touchscreen monitor or bench mounted catalogue to select your items from, you can they choose to pay at a till or use a self-service facility after jotting down the code number on a piece of paper with the pencils provided.

Its not always great when waiting thought as its either standing room only whilst awkwardly making eye contact with other customers, or there are some hard, wooden, school-like chairs dotted around the collections desk to choose from.
