Can't always (underline) blame the doctors for how appointments don't work. Sometimes it's the frontdesk, but more often than not it's cut back from the government. The question though is beyond it in the mornings, and you can't phone, ether no appointments or just no answer. Can't they at least let the old folk sit in on rainy days/ those who are very I'll.

Hard to get appointment. You have to be outside from 7.30, opens at 8, to be sure to get an appointment, even then you'll be Lucky. Doctor Cox's is the best.

Rude front line staff.
It takes ages to get an answer and when you do the staff are to say the least rude...

Can't get a appointment staff don't answer the phone just keeps ringing when they answer all the say appointments gone today ring back tomorrow
