Great to see the evidence coming through supporting Acupuncture treatment for this uncomfortable condition 🙂

Ayurveda has apparently been given the nod in UK parliament this week! Boris full of surprises ! At last aspects of this ancient and effective health system which is still practiced successfully in India is now being looked at as an alternative treatment for some conditions in the UK. Hopefully a turn in the control and power of big pharma worldwide! We can only hope a small step in the right direction !

A simple reminder ...

Many people only associate Acupuncture with physical aches and pains but it's also very effective along with other therapies for episodes of low mood or when dealing with a lot of stress. It relaxes both your mind and body to feel more relaxed and it gets the flow of internal energy into balance again.

After many years studying, with a nice collection of certificates, hundreds of clinical hours ...the real learning began. Now years later my favorite way to work is combining relaxing or therapeutic massage with acupuncture it works a treat! It may be unorthodox in TCM circles but I love it.
