Art On Wood

All products are handcrafted by myself, Jon Smith. my background lies in illustration. i have always loved all aspects of art, regularly changing and learning new techniques. Since working with wood, i have found a material that suits me and my style completely, this has led to pyrography (woodburning) being my main focus.

Please note that as all our products are handmade, no two products will be identical, making every product unique! A website cannot convey a 100% accurate reproduction of the products. Bear in mind that wood is a live material and therefore may move slightly with time.

For our children’s future on this planet, myself and partner want to be as environmentally friendly as possible. All wood is reused or recycled, with the main source being driftwood from our local beaches on the Gower and fallen branches in woodland, but also from old furniture and cut offs from friendly carpenters and woodturners. i also trawl the odd Skip.

Since asking people for unused wooden items, we have been surprised at the waste of wood that would normally end up on the landfill and have been very happy to use it.
