AD: uk is one of the largest national charities representing the interests of those working in arts development for local communities. Present membership represents almost 400 individuals, organisations and local authorities working in the arts and communities sector. Our vision is to ensure that the arts thrive in all our communities, meeting local needs, challenges and ambitions. Our mission is to equip our members to make this happen. This is a very challenging but also a very exciting time as we face a future of diminishing public funding and new ways of working.
