Asda Cwmbran Superstore

Great selection of food , drink and other household essentials. Fair prices and much cheaper than most other supermarkets. At times the staff can be helpful but with long queues and screaming kids its best avoided at peak times.

I want to say what a lovely helpful member of staff u have who was working on the scan and go part of Asda tonight.
Julie went out of her way to help me tonight when I needed to buy a cake. Also thank you to the bakery guy who did a cake for me tonight with very short notice. Some people are good at there jobs and others go above and beyond what is expected. So thank u Asda and more importantly thank u to those two members staff.

Decent sized store and generally well stocked. Pleasant atmosphere and prices are reasonable.
Small cafe, toilets, but no fuel forecourt.

The staff in asda cwmbran were amazing today!!!! Can't thank the two female staff that helped me when I almost pass out at checkout 10. The checkout operated gave up her own drink and the customer service lady unloaded my trolley packed my shopping helped me to the car, loaded the boot and stayed with me till I felt better. Really appreciated their kindness and help can't thank them enough !!!!

Great selection of shops. Usual high St stores plus few smaller brands. Costa Coffee, Subway and an independent cafe. Worth a visit . Car park too (free)

Very large store. Has lots of different items for sale. This store has an upstairs which is where the clothing department is.
Small cafe. No petrol station at these premises. This store offers scan as you shop . There are lots of self scan machines as well as manned checkouts.
There are lots of offers on store. Sometimes these are placed just inside the main entrance.

Today i rang beforehand to see if they had a particular product in stock. The gentleman on the other end of the phone was a fantastic help - Very customer care orientated. I wish I had taken his name so that I could have praised him in an email.

Nice and quiet but not enough normal tills open so had to queue to many self serve etc with staff on but no customers says it all really

Lots of free parking, easy access and a big store. Makes the weekly shop almost enjoyable... almost. :)
