Asda Swansea Superstore

Great store and plenty of choice. Staff are really helpful but till queues can be long.

Very quiet about 4-30 able to shop easily staff very pleasant

We visited Asda store for a few items,we called into the cafe for a snack,we had a sausage roll which was OK, latte coffee which was very sweet, tea cakes with 2 coffee's which were OK, w email then went around shopping and store was nice and quiet not a bad experience.

Much better now that it has scan and go. The till queues are endless! It's one of my favourite places to shop now. Amazing selection of craft ales.

Pauline on the pizza counter doesn't do you any favours. Rude & 'let me just 'wash my hands' - you've already touched everything a dozen times so it doesn't particularly matter now. And much rather have a chat with her colleague about the day than serve the queue of 10 people. I can sympathise it's a gruelling task working in retail but make the day go by quicker & be efficient.

Very disappointing visit as it was actually warmer outside the store ( and it was raining!!! ) than inside. I believe that the air con' was switched on and was far too cold meaning that the only comfortable place in store was the café where we had excellent grub combined with great service.

Plenty of car parking, own brand food isn't as good as other retailers.

ASDA is slowly turning into Britain's Walmart and that's not a bad thing!

Good parking. Fuel available. Facilities always clean. Cake printing here has been useful. Decent clothing too as well as the food.

Always enjoyed food at asda but this time although the food was still nice we had to wait for nearly an hour for one meal. People served long after us were getting their food before us. Wasn't very happy
