Phew ... it's been hot enough in North Wales to give me some lovely white bits but it's set to be extra sunny next week!
Woohoo!!!! (Sorry folks, we are fully booked ... but plenty of rooms in the future ;-) )
No evening meals tonight so I've been experimenting ....
Finest Italian Calzone but using wraps and Chinese pork lettuce wraps.
I've had to eat lots of them just to make sure they are ok for our guests 😁
... The Calzone is absolutely fabulous.
The Chinese wraps are good, but need a bit more work.

Life is fabulous in Llandudno. Always something going on!!
January 2015 we moved to Llandudno and into a new business, Ashdale Guest House.
By late summer I had managed to afford solar panels on the roof, but no battery to save energy ..... far too expensive.
Well I'm very pleased to announce, last week we had 5Kw batteries installed .... the price is less than half now.
... I cannot stop watching the display showing energy in/out and the battery charging!!! Boys toys!!! Just need alot more sunshine now!!!

Curries, stuffed chicken breasts, home made fish and chips, roast dinners tomorrow.... oh our guests are so spoilt :-) (but I eat the leftovers ;-) ).
Another great start to the season. Blue skies, sandy beaches, marvellous.
