Avis

Car supposed to have been delivered to my home at 5pm. It's now 11pm and no sign of the car. I've made two phonecalls to avis, and was told someone would get in touch with an update - no update and now Avis hotline is closed so I have no idea what's going on. Supposed to be leaving for a conference first thing tomorrow, I might have to cycle at this rate!

Brilliant service! No hassle and easy to deal with

I rented a car from this branch from the 26th August to 29th August 2016, and I've been charged by £31.75 (plus VAT) for refuelling. When I picked the car up, the fuel tank was slightly less than full, and so I left it in the same condition at the end of the rental period (I left the car on Monday 29th, and so the office was closed as it was bank holiday). I am very disappointed about this and I feel duped for what happened, this is not a proper way to treat your customers. I am expecting to have a refund as soon as possible. I tried also to call your customer service, but I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes, and I don't have time to waste.

Poor service ! Avis staff not helpful and friendly. I'm disappointed and won't use their service anymore.
