Awareness is a sanctuary for healing, relaxation and well being. We offer a range of healing courses, workshops and complementary healing treatments.

We offer energy-based treatments, courses and workshops, together with informative articles and inspiring energy-based products to support those seeking to reconnect with their true self, that which embraces and yet transcends the day to day personality.
