Awelfor is a detached, single storey barn style property in Berea, on a quiet road in the small hamlet four miles from St Davids. With vaulted beams in living area, open plan lounge / dining area and kitchen, with range-style cooker, the cottage has a special light and airy atmosphere and affords magnificent views across neighbouring farmland towards Abereiddy, site of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, and the sea beyond. The property also contains three bedrooms (two doubles, one bunk bed), which are tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, plus a large, modern shower room with toilet and basin. Outside the cottage, there is a small garden to the front and a larger lawn to the side, with off-road parking for one vehicle and additional road side parking available. The house is an ideal base from which to explore the coastal path, fantastic local beaches, stunning coastline and sites of historical interest, such as the cathedral city of St Davids, Britain's smallest city.
