Went to garage for diagnostic check which took about 10mins - kept me waiting around for about an extra half hour while they worked on other cars and fixed the printer. Found staff quite unfriendly, almost obtuse no hint of a cup of tea or coffee - customer service non existent! I have recommended this garage to others before but after today I will not be doing this again - i will go elsewhere and would not recommend this garage to anybody else.

Best independent BMW garage in the area at 1/2 the main dealership labour prices... Very experienced staff and very helpful.
B & R The worst garage ever, will tell you things are wrong and they aren't, rip you off with extortionate prices, you think it will be cheaper than a dealership well my estimate went from £70 to over £2000 and had a load of cheek to go with it. The man on reception Mr Cash is enough to ruin a business he is sarcastic and patronising. Keep well away, would give no stars if I could on here but it doesnt let you.
Great customer service. Everything was clearly explained about the job they were doing on my car. They gave me a good estimated quote for the work. I was originally doing the work under my RAC Warranty but they came back and said no. My point is how good the garage was while dealing with RAC Warranty. While doing major work on my car they found some other small issues which they alerted me to and gave me the option having the work done. In a a nutshell honest, great service, great communication and a fair price.
Used these guys quite some time ago - NEVER AGAIN!
I had used car warranty and needed work doing on the car that the warranty company had agreed to cover. I told them of the work that needed doing, but despite BMW's own guidance on how long the jobs would take, they wanted to charge far more than was needed. So much so that the warranty company refused to pay for that much labour (hours, not £). So they reduced their rates and it was still over what the warranty company would accept. However, I agreed to pay the difference.
I asked them to do this work BEFORE putting it through an MOT. Instead, they put it through an MOT, failed it, did the work charging more than agreed. Then basically held the car to ransom until they were paid. Threatening to charge storage if not paid.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. There are far nice, and more reasonably priced garages to use in Cardiff.
If you want a BMW specialist, I'd suggest going on a BMW forum and asking on there for some recommendations. There are much better options that going to B&R !!
