Babbling Brook Cottage is a pretty converted stone barn offering dog friendly self catering accommodation. Located in the Teffi Valley in West Wales, close to the small town of Lampeter, 20 mins from the picture postcard harbour town of Aberaeron and 30 mins from the gorgeous beaches of Cardigan Bay.

The cottage has a double bedroom and huge lounge with vaulted ceiling with woodburner and can sleep 2 adults and up to 3 children.

There are 23 acres to explore with 2 brooks for the kids and dogs to play in, a private secure garden and outside seating area to soak up the stunning sunsets.

Prices range from £55 - £110 per night depending on season. Discounts available for 7 + nights.
