Quite shocked this afternoon after trying to tag & recommend another small business to find my business account has been blocked by them. Since I started my journey with my business I have been blessed with a huge amount of support and advice I have received from lots of other local businesses and made some fantastic new friends. ** PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE ** It has come to our attention that a lot of venues are asking customers to provide evidence of public liability insurance & food hygiene certificates in order for people to be able to take cakes/food items in that have been made by an outside business like myself. Hopefully this may be the start of something and an end to uninsured and unregulated businesses! As we have recently held a number of wedding consultations I thought I would make things easier for people by posting a copies of both my insurance and hygiene certificate so they can just be saved and produced if needed. Please find copies of both below which will also be saved in an album on our page 🍰💗 @ Baked by Alexandra

Hi everyone, just to get some important info about bookings, deposits etc up!
Prices - I am a business, I am fully registered and insured therefore prices are set and are not for negotiation. If you have a budget in mind please let me know & I can help to tailor your ideas to your budget.
Deposits and payment - ... Deposits are due at the latest 72 hours after ordering, they are required to secure your cake order and no orders will be completed without them. I don't have the time to chase people so if I don't hear from you/receive your deposit in this timeframe I will assume you no longer require the order and release the date to somebody else. If you would like to pay the remaining balance of your purchase via bank transfer please do so 24 hours before collection so we can verify the payment, if not please bring cash upon collection so the order can be released.
Collection days & times - When we have agreed a collection time this time is an approximate 15 minute collection slot, if this slot is missed I cannot guarantee I will be available for collection afterwards. If you can no longer make this slot it is important you let me know ASAP so we can try to work around it.
Sunday collections - If your order is already booked in for Sunday collection this will not apply to you, all orders required for Sunday's will now be required to be collected on a Saturday. In exceptional circumstances or for occasions such as Mother's Day etc I will revisit this but moving forward we will be closed Sundays.

Just had my very 1st order of cupcakes from Alex. Amazing. Light and fluffy texture and the buttercream so smooth. Was exactly what I ordered with the decoration too. I can not wait to try out my next cake... which is coming very soon �

I purchased a brownie cupcake with butter cream on top today at beechwood park and omg it was heaven in my mouth!!! � highly recommend

I had the most amazing (last minute) birthday cake made for my boyfriend. I cannot recommend Alex enough! Very good price for what you get! I also had egg free cupcakes made for my boyfriends nan. This was the first time Alex had ever been asked to do something like this and can I just say she did amazing. Definitely will be booking again. If you want exceptional cakes and very reasonable prices then I suggest you get booking!

I had a paw patrol cake made by Alex for my daughters birthday and I was so pleased with it! It looked and tasted amazing and my daughter loved it! It was exactly what I asked Alex for, thank you again! Xxx

I had a cake and 2 sets of cupcakes made for my gender reveal / baby shower and the quality was amazing ! Alex was easy to get in contact with and always willing to make changes to my cake to make it perfect !

I had 2 stunning cakes made by Alexandra for my daughter's 1st Birthday and Christening. Not only did she capture exactly what I wanted but both cakes were beyond delicious! Would highly recommend, fantastic customer service and a lovely lady. Kept in touch to show me how the cakes were progressing. Will be placing another order for sure!

I Would most definitely recommend alex to do a cake!! I have ordered cup cakes off herself and my mums 50th birthday cake and it was fabulous!! The amount of detail and effort put into one cake is unbelievable! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family! �

Had a lovely Oreo themed birthday cake made by Alexandra, looked amazing and tasted even better! Lots of detail went into the cake and everyone loved it. Would definitely recommend, thank you�x

Alex's cakes are gorgeous. I've ordered twice and have another one lined up to be made in a few weeks. Alex makes so much effort in designing her cakes and they even taste as nice as they look. Alex is also really good at messaging back quickly and listens to the full request of what your ordering. She's also a lovely girl who loves a good chat. Can't wait for our next cake! ���
