My name is Sharon Robinson and I am a qualified and BACP Accredited Counsellor and Reiki Master.
I also offer Personal Therapy and Clinical Supervision

I set up Balance Counselling Service in 2002, and then in 2008 changed the name to Balance Counselling and Reiki, to incorporate my Reiki work.

I offer a range of services including Counselling, Reiki, Personal Therapy and Clinical Supervision.

My aim is to work with clients in a warm, respectful, confidential and professional manner; enabling you to explore your difficulties without being judged, critisised or told what to do. Many clients report that counselling is a rare and sometimes first opportunity to experience this. My role as your counsellor is to help facilitate change and resolution of issues.

I am able to offer appointments both during the day and evenings at a range of times to suit individual clients' needs.

I welcome enquiries from both prospective clients, professionals' and the corporate sector, either by telephone or by email.

Counselling is a therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client, enabling exploration of issues and difficulties.

I work in a person centred way and offer CBT, (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and counsel on a range of issues including:

Reiki, Pronounced 'Ray-key', meaning Universal Life Energy, Reiki was discovered in the nineteenth century by Dr Mikao Usui.

Reiki is becoming an increasingly popular alternative and non-invasive therapy using energy to heal on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

It is often revealed by clients to be a very relaxing experience.

Reiki is also be used for Chakra balancing.
