Just had the top to toe package and Karen was friendly, professional and knowledgable. I was nervous about the facial as I’ve started antibiotics for my acne and my skin is super sensitive but Karen used all the right products and my skin feels amazing. Massage was fab and my nails look beautiful! Thanks again �

I love going to Karen. Used to have Hopi ear candling done for sinusitis but it helped so much I hadn't needed to go in a long time. Having been full up with a cold n heavily pregnant I decided to book in again n loved my Hopi last week. Has helped lots. Then booked in for reiki for today and wow! I love reiki and do it myself but thought I'd give myself the treat of someone else doing it on me. I'm so glad I did! Such an amazing treatment, released some built up crap shall we say. Could've quite happily nodded off. Most relaxed I've felt in about a year. Everyone should try reiki it truly is an amazing experience. Thank you so much! Can't wait for my next one at the end of the month now �xx

I have regular reflexology sessions with Karen. If you haven't been here I would highly recommend them. Great customer service and they offer a huge variety of treatment.

I actually can not put into words how wonderful I feel!!! Today I had the Hopi ear candling treatment, and it was a treat indeed!!! My head and sinuses feel like almost nothing, and my mood and energy levels have gone through the roof!!! I was a little apprehensive as that's my nature, however after a rave review from a college & Karen's always caring nature and professionalism I was soon at ease!!! I can not recommend this treatment enough and will be back, thank you xxx

Feeling very pampered and all ready for tomorrow night!! I was very lucky to win the Mothers Day competition, but will be visiting Balance The Body again in the near future for further treatments, as they are a very professional team and do some lovely relaxation treatments

Can't praise this beauty parlour enough. Sam's deep tissue massage was amazing. The pain was so worth it - everything feels much more relaxed now. I will definitely be coming back x

Called in on the off chance I could have a mini manicure and pedicure, Sam and Danielle were lovely and my nails look fantastic. Really friendly helpful with loads of advice . Will definitely going back. Thank you���

Been using balance for a number of years and still continue to use with my recent move to Cardiff! Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. A big thank you to Karen today for suggesting the hot wax for my eyebrows - reduced redness and no after pain. Even my boyfriend questioned the lack of redness, so it's definitely the way forward. Thank you x

A lovely relaxing atmosphere for massage. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I walked out so chilled it felt like i was floating. Thank you ladies

Had a spray tan last night in a medium colour and woke up this morning to my hands looking completely orange. I have scrubbed and scrubbed and it will not come off. Not a happy customer.

The children's parties are of a very poor standard. The children are nagged not to mark the carpet, the party bags and prizes for the games which are included in the price are not provided which then makes the girls very disappointed. Basically you don't get what you pay for. Would not recommend at all!!
