Rebekah's ballet classes are 'free' (non syllabus) classes held every Tuesday evening in Penrallt Center, upper Bangor. They are designed to work through fundamental ballet technique, building strength and enhancing flexibilty. Classes are held for both beginners (Ballet Fusion class) and those who have experience of ballet (Intermediate class).
Intermediate classes are structured around a traditional ballet class and strive to both challenge and inspire evey dancer, and have you leaving the class turning pose's and jete'ing as you go!

BALLET FUSION is a class suitable for beginers and open to all levels and ability of dancer.

The class blends a fusion of traditional ballet technique with contemporary dance styles, stretching and core strengthening for a full body workout.

Ballet helps to boost co-ordination, enhances balance and muscle strength whilst increasing flexibility and range of motion.
The class is easy to follow and accessible to all.

You dont need to wear anything special, just easy to move in leggings and top and bare feet.
