Great day at yesterdays Rugby Club Golf day. The Frank Humphreys trophy was won by a delighted Garth Maxwell.
Thanks to our Sponsors Reeds Rains , TDK Property, Neill Estate Agents , McAlorum Construction, Bangor Pro Shop Jenny Watts and The Guilemot .
Bangor Golf Club was in magnificent condition and thanks to the bar and catering team for hosting us so well.
... Finally thanks to Team Montgomery for organising the day and to the 80 members and friends who participated.

Bangor RFC have a Team in the Warrior Assault today 💪
Wish them good luck !
😎☀️🍻
The Senior club had a great tour to Newcastle to watch the Heineken cup final last weekend. A great mix off alickadoos, ex players, 1st XV players, 2nd XV players and 3rd XV players. Great weekend and one we hope to repeat next year and every year thereafter- so if you want to join us for next years final, become a member and play your rugby at Bangor! (Any ability welcome, and we mean any!!!)
Thanks to Northern RFC for the game and hospitality.
Here are some of the best photos - great wee club filled with some incredible people... rugby, what a game.
🍻Club tour🎉 Bangor rugby club our hopping across the Irish Sea to Newcastle, taking a touring party of all ages from 20 to 60 year olds! There is certainly a wide spread of experience, if not fitness.
Nonetheless, excitement and anticipation is high as the party prepare to fly out this Saturday morning. Jet lag permitting, the squad will play a match against local hosts Northern Football Club in Gosforth, then later that evening they head for St James’s Park to enjoy the Heineken Cup final featuring Saracens and Leinster. If Bangor’s trip is as colourful as their travelling outfits, the tour should certainly brighten Tyneside this weekend #whathappensontourstaysontour #BGUTHB

Introducing our new Director of Rugby, Tom Rock. Many thanks to our previous director, Danny Curran who you’ll be glad to know is still sticking around. Toms wealth of knowledge and experience that he is going to bring to the role for the club, from Minis through to Seniors, will be a great assist to the club. Most recently, Tom was part of the coaching team that took Hinch back to the top league in Irish rugby, this success we hope will transfer over to our exciting squad and coaching set-up.
