Another scrummy recipe for chocolate lovers. One of my quick go-to recipes, using up those endless Christmas chocs! This one my 7 yo daughter made, it's that simple and provides delicious homemade lunchbox snacks or desserts for the week ahead вЭ§пЄПрЯНЂ

... Tips: - For a Gluten-free recipe use Doves Farm (or alternative) GF plain flour and Dr. Oetker Baking Powder - We ALWAYS use Bournville Cocoa powder as others just don't cut it. - We use all the chocolate... hollow ones, filled ones, milk/dark/white ones. You can of course add other delights such as nuts, mini marshmallows and dried fruit if they take your fancy! - She used a rolling pin to bash the chocolate into chunks, the fun part рЯТ™рЯСІрЯПЉ. - The brownie takes 25-30ish mins to bake but I always watch the last few mins to make sure it's baked through but also not too much! Photo 2 shows brownie not quite ready to come out and photo 3 shows brownie perfect... with cracks on edges but not in middle and not too glossy рЯШЙ. - Once brownie is cooled, cut into pieces and layer brownies with greaseproof paper in airtight container. Place in fridge before use, it's so much tastier once its cool, unless you're going for the hot pud with ice cream of course рЯШЛ.
