Understaffed and unwilling to help

Good customer service

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, however, I wish my banking was done by real people rather than by machines that constantly malfunction and break. When putting large amounts of money to the machines, they can easily get stuck, meaning you have to wait ages whilst staff retrieve the trapped money from the machine. The service would be great if they could reintroduce the banking counter! It also means that people are losing jobs due to this.

Need to improve more their services.
