Service is better than city centre

Opening hours are so so wrong for people who actually work for a living

Poor knowlege from so called specialist. Miss-informed me and then became very rude and told me just to leave if I wasnt happy with her answers.

Barclays shut my local branch, they have take away all phone numbers t oring your branch, I can't get hold of my Business account manager and when you visit the main branch they have shut half of the Keiosks and the helpful person aproaches you in the que and tells you to talk to a machine..

And why have they done this?? Because a customer survey has told them this is what customers want.

What I want is to know who the people are behind the counter that I'm talking to, a friendly chat and for them to actually be able to help.
