Great staff. Long waits, but staff always polite.

I will never return to this branch, the stuff and the manager of this bank are impossible to do that work. Stupidity its a kind word for them.

Hope they will understand better the way of working, better what kind of documents they need to open an bank account.

I had a brutal experience with the manager of this branch and with the stuff of this branch. They are unable to open an a bank account because they don't know the rules and they don't know witch kind of documents need to open this bank account.

The stuff of this branch are totally unable to do that job.
