Worst dental practice I've encountered.
Unhelpful and rude receptionist, twice my appointments have been cancelled due to dentist going on the sick. The latest appointment was for my 6 year old son, we waited two weeks for the app I rang the dentist to check my app time to be told my app has been cancelled and new app will be in 3 weeks.. I explained my son was in pain yet told nothing they can do! I will try my best to change practice asap, please avoid.....

aviod at all costs I so wish I didn't trust them with their bullshit as my kid are now 16 and he's stil not seen anyone about a brace he needs badly after yrs yrs of waiting always an excuse . Charged me for treatment But I had to go pay emergency dentist after they left bits of dead tooth in a filing that caused infection n unimaginable pain . Avoid !

Never answer the phone ..rude and full of lies
my daughter has been waiting on a list since she was 8 now 12 for braces.. rang today to book check up as not had letter in ages .. they said they've taken her off the system as she hasn't been seen ..absolute joke

Spent 2 years trying to get appointment for my son's. They have a call back option for appointments and don't call you back.

Never in my life have I heard over the phone so many lies.I had temporary fillings and was told by maria the Spanish dentist when they come out ring surgery I will see you strait away..load of lies..been in agony all weekend along with severe post traumatic stress .rang today early8 o'clock receptionists are there they didn't pick phone up till nine o clock.they told me go buy temp filling kit from tesco.I'm not a dentist it have taken me years to trust a dentist And this is their attitude? Given me appointment for Thursday.....thanks for nothing.I will take this further the medical council all over dodgey dentists. I'm almost sure I never needed these fillings in the first place...we will see...
