I am totally disgusted by the service of this place as well as the monkeys that run this chippy. I placed a simple order online, 1st it said if you spend over £10 you get free local delivery within 4miles well that was misleading as they charged me £2.50 when I placed my order. So I then rung bargoed fish bar to inquire why I had been charged this amount. The guy I spoke to said he would squash the charges. Only to be charged this amount when our food finally arrived, so I had to then spend five minutes explaining to the delivery driver who's fault it wasn't that the delivery chargers had been squashed... Once inside I opened my food to find the order was incomplete and we was missing chips with one of our meals, so again straight on the phone again having to explain what I had ordered and what was missing. By this time my patients was wearing thin, because how can you cock up a simple order when it's there on the screen in black and white. Well inspite of this I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was assured the rest of my meal would be sent out straight away. Well anyway over half an hour had gone by and by this time I was getting rather mad. When the chips finally arrived I had already eaten the pie, so told the delivery driver to tell his boss to shove his chips where the sun don't shine... Utterly disgusted by the service of this place. No phone call back to even apologize or even to offer a free bag of chips with our next purchase. So I won't be ordering from here again I think a bunch of monkeys could run the place better, it's such a shame as the food we did have was nice..

Iv ordered food a couple of times and there has always been a mistake. My brother can not eat butter and when he went to the store they told him that they don't sell unbuttered roles but when I order a deliver all the rolls are unbuttered they forgot some of the orders, this meant that we had missed out on dinner as we called them back numerous times and they didn't answer. Overall they can't get an order right to save their lives when delivering!.
