Barod CIC is 10 years old this year! We are an innovative research, training and information company. We are an equal mix of disabled and non disabled people. We bridge the gap between your organisation and the people you need to talk and listen to. We grew out of the People First movement in Wales. This means that we treat everyone as a unique individual with something to contribute to the joy of life.
