This project in Magor with Gateside Developments is coming along nicely. We carried out a ground investigation to determine the suitability of the proposed foundation and designed beams to create new openings

Happy New year everyone! Our first day back on site in Porthyrhyd carrying out ground investigations.

Fantastic finish to Hayden Dental Carmarthen where we acted as consulting engineers. We carried out designs for the new extension including the roof, piled foundations and reinforced concrete retaining wall and floor slab. Additionally we were involved in the design of steel beams, timber studwork and masonry reinforcement to ensure the existing structure could be altered to suit the new practice. Screw piling with foundation connection being carried out in Carmarthenshire. Great design - well installed.

Quick visit to see the result of a new build in Borth that was finished a few years ago. We carried out the structural and civil engineering for all aspects of the property.

Another fantastic end result to this extensions where we were tasked with the design of the roof and the design of the steel structure to create the glazed area.

Excellent progress on this retaining wall we designed in Crugybar. It was designed to allow the ground to be raised to create a patio area in front of a new extension.

Busy day for our Cross Hands office last Thursday carrying out structural surveys in Briton Ferry, Swansea and The Mumbles. Some lovely houses in fantastic locations!

Lovely views across Llanelli and the Gower from this site in Swiss Valley this afternoon where we went to deliver foundation designs to the contractor.

An interesting day yesterday for members of the Aberaeron office who went out to site in preperation for the design of remedial works for the Cliff Railway, Aberystwyth.
