So far we've discussed Physio management of CMT and a balance class followed by a great talk from Dawn Nutrition
Excited to be here and ready to go for the Health & Wellness Event we've organised with CMT United Kingdom. It includes a variety of talks on practical aspects of managing Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease and Physio exercise classes to get people moving and managing their CMT better - stay tuned for updates!
Looking forward to attending the CMT United Kingdom Wales Support group meeting this Saturday to discuss the role and benefits of exercise in the management of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease and how we can help, so get your questions at the ready!
Then later on this month we've worked with CMTUK to organise a Health and Wellness event in Bristol where we'll be having several different talks interspersed with physiotherapy based exercise classes to try out for yourself
