Bought a 65 plate DS3 from this dealership; James sold me the car and he was an absolute delight to deal with. When I realised that Apple CarPlay was missing from the car, he was more than happy to help me and booked the car in ASAP. The whole buying process and the after sales care has been fantastic; thoroughly recommend buying a car from this dealership!

I wanted a little used run around car so went to Bassets after being recommended by family. The service was great, Mike was very accommodating giving me both cash and finance options to work out what was best for me. I ended up buying a Citroen C1 with a 1 year warranty, free tax and 1 year AA cover which was great! The car was spotless when I picked it up, like new. Just be careful of there finance options as they’re 10.9% APR and I found a bank loan was the better option. Overall I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

On the evening of Friday 20 October we called into the showroom, we were looking to purchase 2 cars one of these being a ds3. On arrival a sales rep came out to see us and enquired if he could help, what were we looking for, we told him out needs so he pointed us in the direction of the cars. We were walking down the line of the cars and as the cars had no information on them wanted to ask questions about then, we asked ' how much is the tax' to what we had ad a response...'if you want to buy it I'll find out and tell you! ' well excuse me if I'm going to buy it I would like the information on it first, surely that's not too much to ask. This rep couldn't be bothered to tell us a simple piece of information so I kindly told him that he didn't want a sale then neither did we goodbye. We went to Jeff whites on Saturday spent 3 hours there took 3 cars out for test drives had free coffee and our rep honestly couldn't do enough for us. 2 cars purchased and home. Your loss Citroen, maybe your reps need to learn some manners.

If you want to sleep at night avoid this dealer. They supplied me with a Citroen Dispatch Van with the Tracking out, Squeaky brakes front & Back, Squeeky Rolling Road noise, and Engine Oil Leak. I informed them the next day after I collected the Van of these issues, considering I live over 4 hours away from the dealer, they were no prepared to do anything other than wait until I bring the van back. Bearing in mind I had just spent a whole day collecting the Van. They expected me to drive the Van back, get a hotel or get the train back and wait for them to fix the van. This is after they kept me waiting 5 weeks to collect the Van, as it had some "issues" during this 5 weeks, the manager "Andrew Jones" was calling me regularly to cancel then sale as the dealer had spent a lot of money on the van supposedly however the first email I got when enquried the on van was and I quote "our admin lady has made a mistake on the pricing, the Van should be + VAT your getting a good deal". When I came to collect the Van the salesman confirmed that the manager was going to cancel the sale and put it up for a higher price. WOW!! I have now had the Van for 4 months, and the EGR Valve has gone. I purchased this Van for £6,000 and the total repair cost is £2,000. In 4 months of ownership.
