Defect on vehicle resulted in wing mirror case coming off of vehicle while driving down dual carriageway in left hand lane. Pulled over on the dual carriageway to refit the case. Vehicle was not checked until I brought up the issue to make them aware of the potential risk. I would have been free to leave until I was honest, honesty resulted in £50 charge for damage that was the result of a vehicle defect.

Excellent experience here compared to Swansea Bassetts. Got the fault on my car seen straightaway, offered courtesy car while they did a major repair on my car in a few days. Will be going straight to these in the future even though I have to drive an extra 25 miles.

Bought a second hand C4 on the 9th of January the sales man was very professional and helpful had to take it back for a couple of small things to be put right everybody was really helpful, so far everything is going well

If you want to sleep at night avoid this dealer. They supplied me with a Citroen Dispatch Van with the Tracking out, Squeaky brakes front & Back, Squeeky Rolling Road noise, and Engine Oil Leak. I informed them the next day after I collected the Van of these issues, considering I live over 4 hours away from the dealer, they were no prepared to do anything other than wait until I bring the van back. Bearing in mind I had just spent a whole day collecting the Van. They expected me to drive the Van back, get a hotel or get the train back and wait for them to fix the van. This is after they kept me waiting 5 weeks to collect the Van, as it had some "issues" during this 5 weeks, the manager "Andrew Jones" was calling me regularly to cancel then sale as the dealer had spent a lot of money on the van supposedly however the first email I got when enquried the on van was and I quote "our admin lady has made a mistake on the pricing, the Van should be + VAT your getting a good deal". When I came to collect the Van the salesman confirmed that the manager was going to cancel the sale and put it up for a higher price. WOW!! I have now had the Van for 4 months, and the EGR Valve has gone. I purchased this Van for £6,000 and the total repair cost is £2,000. In 4 months of ownership
