Van went in with a warning light on. Needed to be reset with computer so they charged me over £50.00. But it was still under warranty. That didn't matter to them. So make your own mind up?

Not overly impressed with service. Agreed to buy a Picasso C3 Exclusive and was told it was £30 a year tax but when we went back to complete the sale was told its actually £120 a year tax, a huge difference and my biggest reason for choosing this particular car was because I was assured it was cheap tax by both the manager and the sales assistant, I think they should have informed me before we went to complete the sale to give me the opportunity of finding something that met my requirements. We had already put down a deposit and felt obliged to complete the sale as the tax had been paid for when we went to pick it up as part of the deal . Was meant to have a full tank of fuel on pick up, it didn't, there was nothing in it at all. The paint work was meant to have touch ups but when we went back for a second viewing the touch ups had orange peel and he hadn't done some of the more obvious patches so we had to ask for it to be done again. The MOT cost more than I think it should for such a new car and it would seem I was sold a car with very little left on the back brakes as on my first MOT I was told they were 90% worn which I find unacceptable, especially as it's going to cost over £200 to get them changed. I know its second hand, but still it all adds up and should be listed. I've also just had a letter from Citeron saying that my vehicle is due a body inspection to comply with some 12 year perforation guarantee with an additional cost of £40.00, which is the reduced charge! Again, I feel I should have been made aware of this before I brought the car. All in all I wish I had never the seen the car, I'm waiting for something to go wrong every time I go out as I feel that the dealer lied about quite a few things and I'm waiting to see what else he's lied about. Its MPG is a lot less than stated, it eats fuel, again, I wanted a car that was cheap to run, another requirement that hasn't panned out. The guy on the front service desk has enough attitude for 6 and is surly to the point of rudeness. Both the manager and the dealer that sold me the car totally ignored me when I took it for MOT and service despite my having complained about the tax and no fuel on purchase. Courtesy costs nothing. The worst of it is, I paid over the odds for this car as I went to a dealer so that I had some come back should anything go wrong, yet I feel that I could never go back to them with a problem as they would only lie and try to extract more money out of us. I brought the car with a little inheritance money for a chance to have a vehicle that didn't cost the earth to run, tax or maintain and I feel very cheated out of my mothers money and out of the peace of mind buying this car was meant to bring. I can't get that money back, if I sell the car I won't get back anywhere near what I paid so I'm stuck with a car I don't trust from a dealership I would never again go too.
