Sold the initial car that we intended to buy after saying they would get it ready for us to test drive the following day, but glad they did now. The sales person, Gary, bent over backwards to find us an alternative at the right price & we ended up with a higher spec vehicle with lower mileage & a great deal.

Great dealership with a wide range if Citroen and DS vehicles. Non-pushy sales people, clean and welcoming showroom and a great coffee machine for those 'while you wait' service trips.

Bought my c1 in January, love the car , popped into service section of citeron to ask about MOT to book and they said they would send reminder in post its due October still waiting ? Can someone get back to plz as I would like the car MOT by citeron

I never leave reviews but was so dissapointed in the lack of interest in selling a car to us that I felt I had to. I called ahead to check the type of car I was looking for was available and was told it was. When we arrived it was not, however there were plenty of very similar cars which we were also considering. The sales person was lacking in knowledge, did not seem to want to show us inside a car and certainly did not want to offer a test drive despite already being told that we wanted to buy a car quickly. We asked about looking inside a car again and were told to look inside the one in the showroom. I asked about the interior trim and was told that every cactus had the same trim regardless of colour or spec!! We eventually gave up and made a call to Citroën in Carmarthen who were able to buy in the car I wanted while I was on the phone, we went in the next day and completed paperwork. My advise would be drive a bit further and go to Carmarthen.

Awful experience with the service staff (with the exception of Mike). Been there 3 times and each time customer service was appalling. Bridgend Bassetts however were exceptional and I will take my Citroen there from now on.

I would recommend anyone 2 buy a car from here. Staff here r very helpful.
