Just purchased my first Honda love it. cliff dealt with everything very friendly and helpful person gave me a great deal. well worth driving all the way to Swansea. Would definitely deal with them again. Thanks Cliff.

Just drove away our lovely new Civic, hubby is over the moon! Neil was fantastic, really looked after us and sorted us out with a great price on an ex demonstrator model.

I needed to buy outright an affordable family estate car, as I wanted to reduce our monthly outgoings and end a costly PCP with another car maker.

I bought a used 2006 Honda Accord Tourer CTDi from Bassetts, which was not sold as part of the Honda Approved program, as it was too old to meet the criteria, but did have a warranty.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, about two weeks after collecting the car, the clutch started to slip badly.

Such an item is not covered by the warranty. However, Bassetts did not hesitate to volunteer to take the car back (it was within the 30 day window of the consumer rights act) and inspected the car.

They then fitted a new Honda clutch and flywheel.

The car now drives like new. Hardly surprising as they'd previously fitted new brake discs, pads and callipers when preparing the car for sale.

I was very satisfied with the professional attitude and, needless to say, pleased with the outcome.

On that basis I would recommend them.

I always have fantastic service, whether purchasing or having maintenance work completed. All staff are friendly and extremely helpful.
