Just taken delivery of a new Civic, had wonderful service from the all team and would like to thank our salesman Craig for all his help in making it a stress free and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Went to the showroom with my daughter, whom the car was for and dealt with a salesman named Craig, he was extremely helpful and provided us with both a professional and courteous service, answering all of our questions and taking us for a comprehensive test drive too, he is a credit to Honda! His enthusiasm and knowledge lead my daughter to purchase the Jazz over her first choice car, the Skoda Fabia. Very well done Bassetts and keep up the good work 5*'s!

I have recently purchased a brand new Honda HR-V from Bassetts Honda Swansea. I currently drive a Honda Jazz which I also purchased from them. The service I have received from the sales & service people over the years has been outstanding. Never pushy & always helpful this is what stands them out from other local dealers. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dan the service manager and Paul & Cliff in sales who always have time for advice or a chat.
If you are looking to change your car I recommend that you pay Bassetts Honda a visit!.

I was very impressed with Bassets Honda. I got excellent service from the team from the outset who are professional and efficient. I did not feel I was being handled by insurance salesmen which is often the case when you walk into a car showroom these days!

Shocking experience. Travelled 4 hours to view a car, power steering was faulty waited an hour to talk to the sales manager who couldn't even be bothered to walk out of his office, all he was interested in was the pizza he was ordering for lunch.

I had to approach staff, they didn't want to talk about the cars just money. Impersonal service, however the show room was clean and well presented and drinks were offered once seated to discuss sales

stay well clear of the car leasing offers. I have just completed a 36 month lease on a Jazz and there a" big sting "in the tail. To return the car honda want me to pay for a full MOT (for 1 day) and a collection fee of £90 (plus Vat) ...I knew nothing about these additional fees and was told , at the time of starting the lease, quote "at the end of the lease just return the keys to me (Bassetts) and walk away"......then they hit you with fees you were totally unaware of.....my customer satisfaction is zero

Just want to say a huge thank you to Jamie for looking after me & for being very accommodating to my family in every aspect of the sale. From being a non pushy aggressive salesman which I might add there is nothing worse! To even getting the lovely Leanne to collect me from the station! Totally stress free & an all round good experience. Much better than I've experienced from the likes of VW where the customer service is shocking & the aftercare is even worse!
