If you want an unprofessional team to deal with you then this is the place you want to go to.

We travled from Pembrokeshire to Swansea (closest dealership) to pick up a car that was ment to have had brakes and disks done along with a service.

We arrived and saw that someone had driven in to the back on the car. We have a sheet from a recovery centre showing no damage on car they also had one saying no damage on delivery. They completely denied that it happened under their care. When I drove the car it was clear the breaks and disks and tyres had not been done wasting £60 in fuel and having to eat out (an unnecessary expense before Christmas)

The "team" thought it was incredibly funny that someone had damaged the car and got a little upset when I lost my temper with him "the idiot" as I like to call him. They refused to show me any paper work as to what work the car had received ( they had it for two weeks).

I would use any other garage other than this one as I'm 100% sure you would get a much better and friendlier service. This is definitely the old stereotypical "car salesman" company and I can't see them operating in the near future especially in this current climate if that's what they think good customer service is. I wish there was an option to give no stars.

Please do not waste your time with this company and read the reviews. Would you trust a garage with your car with only a 3* rating? I definitely wish I hadn't.

Non-professional business conduct, falsely misleading customers who are not car savvy and slightly older generation. Sales executive took advantage of the situation and added on additional options not requested and made the order sound like you are paying for extra perks when they already come standard on the ordered trim level. This branch is being managed by Mr Ioan Harries, who also does not reply back by phone or email. Terrible customer service and consumer practices. AVOID!!!

I visited a few dealerships around the area during my search for a car and certainly found Bassetts Nissan to be significantly better than some. The sales executive who assisted me in my purchase was efficient and helpful in matching my requirements which made the entire process a success.

Another section of the reputable Bassetts group. Clean if somewhat crowded showroom. The guys are a Bit slow to approach or offer drinks but really friendly once discussions start. Helpful and knowledgeable would recommend a visit to this dealership if your considering a new car purchase.

The sales people are great. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to be of assistance. Mr John Davies handled my request to find the right car for me - he was very professional as well as making everything seem straight forward. I'm loving my car.
