Never posted a review before but after excellent customer service from extremely helpful staff at the store felt I had to. Despite deliveries, trading etc, etc they still spent an hour trying to fix a reel for me whilst being friendly and offering outstanding advice. Thirty years of fishing around the UK and this is the best experience and tailored sea angling store I've shopped at. As an ex retail manager have very high standards and they surpassed them. Products and prices are outstanding and would thoroughly recommend Basstastic to every angler, novice or expert.
