Bay Marine Hotel

We've stayed here regularly for over a decade. The main clientele tend to be elderly across the Shearings group but that doesn't bother us.

The service level has always been great - we brought our kids here when they were young and it was never a problem.

Yes some parts of the building need a bit of TLC from time to time but the service, food and overall value for money cannot be beaten.

Clean, tidy, very helpfull dining room staff. Service with a smile and a sence of humour. Well worth a return weekend visit. Even provided evening entertainment.

Very nice and friendly staff, always willing to help. Rooms were a good size but there was constant banging outside our bedroom window at night. Bathroom was way too small, couldn't close the door well when going to the toilet. Shower was broken underneath so there was a massive hole there, shower head was not powerful at all. Very nice dinners. Lots of dishes to choose from, Reasonable size. Needs decorating throughout the whole hotel as lots of damps places and ripped wallpaper. Entertainment wasn't that good. There was bingo on everynight and not everyone is into bingo so they need to get more entertainment on or do less bingo But id definitely stay there again

Very disappointed with hotel. Room very small paid extra for sea view only to have a very small window. The bathroom had bad odour and the tiles and door to shower was filthy.When booking was told our room was next to lift as have wheelchair only to find it was quite away from lift and corridor so narrow (paid extra to secure room too)the staff was brilliant and friendly. unfortunately would not stay there again.The food was ok but very small portions. Really needs upgrading as wallpaper ripped in some places and damp patches everywhere.

Just spent a weekend here enjoyed it very much,lovely location to shops and lots of things to do close by. The Hotel is very clean the room was very nice,all staff were very helpful and friendly,the only negative was in the Ballroom at night Children were allowed to run around whilst the Artist was on and during the Dancing,we love Children we are Grandparents but think after 8.00 this should be stopped. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff, nice rooms with freeview TV,. Parking available at a charge. WiFi available in communal areas. Child friendly. Has its own swimming pool

The hotel is situated on the front at Llandudno good views of the little orm and great orm rooms are clean food is good the breakfast is now self service I have been coming to this hotel for a few years

Oldy woorldy, comfortable & cosy nice views.
