This is an excellent local shop selling a very wide choice of goods. The staff are friendly and helpful. I especially love the notice board opposite the shop with comments regarding current topics often in the news that guarantees to make you smile and laugh!

Always my first port of call on my annual visit to Solva to reserve a daily paper.
Can't ask for more from a local general store. Has a wealth of stock and the recent addition of freshly baked bread and the salad bar are a real bonus. Good selection of fresh produce and a great selection of fruit and veg.
Post office great for cash withdrawals - there's no cash machine in Solva.
Staff are unfailingly friendly and Gwyn's blackboards at the roadside outside the shop keep you entertained on a daily basis.
Don't miss it.
