Skinny is easy, well kind off. Reduce your calories enough each day and eventually you will be skinny, Eventually !
Lets face it tho, You can lose weight eating mc donnalds or any old rubbish. Its not hard. Put less calories into your body than you use and you will lose weight no matter what you eat.
Being healthy is the key, Are your insides ok? can you run, lift, row, swim, bike, walk, climb mountains etc ....... Do you feel healthy.
... Now that's a whole other ball game
Just as many skinny people die of fat related diseases and that's a fact
Dont get caught up with the myth of skinny = healthy. It doesn't.
If you feel good then chances are you are good. Your body is a master of self preservation and will tell you if your being naughty. If you dont feel good. SORT IT OUT !!!

In a society where Fat! Overweight! Or just being unhealthy is becoming the norm.
In the UK we have overtaken America for childhood obesity. Its going to take courage to put your head above the parapet and change it that's for sure.
... Every Single pice of processed food we eat has such a high calorific number to it there is almost no hope. We burn so few calories yet we eat far to many.
The only people profiting from this is the food industry, It's time we take a stand and stop it. I know we won't but surely we have to try ??

My car is good "Sir" my body is broken.
I spoke to a gentleman in the gym yesterday who spends ยฃ400 a month on a car yet his body is broken. Literally he's in danger of a heart attack any day. He can't even walk up and down the stairs without getting out of breath. "His Words" Yet the joining a gym is to expensive!!!
ME: ยฃ400 a month will pay for all your fitness and nutrition needs and give you change for a cheaper car! and within 6 months you will be so much better. 3 -... 4 stone lighter, fitter and healthier and you will run up the stairs.
Him " But i need a nice car
Me:" do you need it for work ?
Him " No I work for the council. Its only round the corner then im behind a desk all day.
Me " well why the fuck you spending money on a car you dont need and neglecting your body.
Him: Coz everyone wants a nice car.
Me: I dont, id rather walk and be healthier and live longer.
Him: well I guess thats why Im fat and overweight and your not.
Me : Get me a front seat in your funeral then.
This man is already Dead, it just hasn't happened yet, overweight, cant move without being out of breath, cant walk anywhere or go anywhere a car wont take him, That i'm sorry is no quality of life and quite frankly, not what we was put on this earth to do.
Anything else can be Replaced. Once your health has gone, its gone. Please dont put possessions you dont need in front of the one thing you cant replace.

Wasn't sure what to expect on my 1st day but I can honestly say that rob is by far the best personal trainer iv ever had , loved working out every day with everyone , it's hard but so worth it ! Loved his banter and no bullshit attitude.

Training and diet was out the window and for 3 months of eating crap and no exercise, telling myself I'll start Monday, this Monday. Eventually I had to do something so I messaged Rob (It was a Thursday!) And that Friday I was in the gym. It's a friendly environment, he helps you in every way.

Four weeks in and I'm 20lbs down, diets on track and feeling better in myself. Can't recommend him enough. Everyone needs a Rob!

The best in the business, awesome training with top equipment and fantastic nutrition plans and guidance. In 3 months I've gone from 3xl tops to xl and size 44 trousers to 34in waist whilst gaining lean muscle and my fitness and energy levels through the roof....Rob Seaward the LEGEND!!

Rob is the first trainer who has managed to encourage me whilst putting me through 'hell' & I come away still smiling. Still early days but I am beginning to change the way I feel about exercise. Heโ€™s encouraging, compassionate and he makes sure you have a hard training session.

The sessions are always varied and interesting.

Iโ€™ve been here almost 4 months, lost 3 stone and have stopped taking a lot of medication.

I canโ€™t thank him enough.

From a personal perspective the man and not the PT. Heโ€™s a great guy, awesome taste in music (donโ€™t listen to the rest of the group) ๐Ÿ˜‚

I often hear people in their 50s and 60s say "I'm to old to start working out"

well I have some breaking news for you (bullshit).

I'm a 72 year old and was carrying a lot of blubber around my waist, now after two months of Robs guidance and a lot of good sweat ,people are commenting about my flab loss and how I'm looking and acting younger.

A big bonus for me is wearing my favourite shirts etc I've hoarded for ten years, go on say it, "sad old sod".

My only regret is that I never discovered Rob's Be Awesome gym earlier.

I enjoy every minute of being in the gym, it's hard work, but worth it, you put the hard work in you get results. You feel better about youself your confident and able to do things you weren't able to do before, it is money well spent. Rob is awesome helps you in all areas, he doesn't just take you on for the sake of it, you have got to show comitment and all that he gives works. Nutrition and the work out.

Couldn't ask for a better personal trainer, Rob is ace. I never thought i would enjoy it as much as i do but i love it .The support he gives to me and other clients is 100% . We have fun and a really good laugh but we do work hard. I would recommend anyone to join and see the results you can achieve. :)

All I can say is this has changed my life! Scared of intimidating gyms with unfriendly people and Rob promised me that Be Awesome was unlike any other.....he was so right. I've learnt how to eat clean and get fitter. rob asked me what my goal was and I said I didn't want to feel terrible about myself anymore and if he could get a stone off me I'd be amazing having tried everything. About 4 months in now, 25lb lighter, I've run a 10k and a half marathon (couldn't even run up the stairs before!!!). I look forward to going every morning as it's not just a gym it's a family and I've made friends for life. Give it a bash you won't regret it! As a wise man once said...you don't start out being excellent but to be excellent you have to start!
