So, I was searching for reflexology locally in Cardiff, and came across ENIKO offering a 30 minute taster session for £15. As I have never really had reflexology, I wanted to see if I could benefit (so not wanting to pay a full price just yet.) And I emailed her.



The therapist is professional in her correspondence as is her therapy lair down there in Canton. She is also dynamite who possesses amazing energy, which I felt instantly as soon as her warm hands began grappling with my feet. I felt the calming sensation shoot straight through my body up my bones and to my head. I relaxed instantly.



For some reason unbeknown to me, throughout the invigorating 30 minutes, pent up emotions I never knew existed were released and on final completion, I laid there and bubbled like a tart & I felt absolutely fantastico.



I reached for and drank the complimentary glass of refreshing water that shined like a diamond on the coffee table.



The rest is history.
