Don’t forget a nice ice cream after the run for the kids from our friends on the beach and at the top of the finish line Petra Jane Haggar and for the parents a well deserved coffee and lunch/dinner at the beach box !!

So today we said goodbye to our amazing member of our team Sophie Davies 😢😢 who is off to start another amazing year in London being fabulous !!! Thank you for all your hard work this summer we couldn’t have done it without you. You are incredible and so beautiful ... inside and out 😘and we all love you and will miss you loads. See you next year !! Good luck with everything Soph !!! And if we could get some change for the car park that would be great !! 😂😂 ☀️😘😘😘

Ok so the weather wasn’t as bad as predicted yesterday .. sorry about that everyone 🙄 we are braving the wind this morning 💨 and open at 11 !! It’s a bit breezy but still warm so pop down for some delicious food and hot beverages !! ☀️🙏🏻☀️🤞🏻

Please anyone visiting south beach tomorrow the RNLI lifeguards have requested that you do not go in the water as much as the massive predicted waves will be ... might look exciting but the lifeguards have kindly asked that you just look ... if you were to get into any problems they would have to put themselves in danger too to help save anyone.
