Well what can you say Fantastic Owners Friendly and Welcoming from the moment we rang to book.Rooms Clean Tidy and location is fantastic. New rooms well what can you say had a sneek peek and the standard is going to be very high.

Breakfast Big Hot & Tasty and the Service was brilliant will defiantly be back soon.

The stay made a special weekend that little bit more special.

Stayed here September 2016 and could t have asked for any more !!! The room we stayed in (5) was fantastic modern fresh and extremely spacious. We had a 6 month old baby so needed room for his travel cot and we had more than enough !! Becky and Jonny couldn't have been more welcoming and more accommodating to our and our sons needs X the hotel looks beautiful and is so clean. If you're staying in Llandudno I would definitely recommend staying here !!! Xx

Stayed at Nuneham house for the second time this year, great hotel, perfect location, excellent hosts and a lovely room with a nice view. Looking forward to staying again soon!

Lovely place to stay, warm welcome, fresh clean decor, breakfast delicious using quality ingredients. Room spotless and loads of room. Would come again and highly recommend it.

Just returned home from our second visit this year to The Beachside B&B had a lovely time there on both occasions. The guest house is really clean, centrally located, staff very friendly & the cooked breakfast is made to order and piping hot. I would not hesitate to recommend this guest house to any of my friends

Fantastic!!! At booking the owner was honest enough to explain they were going through a refurb. We stayed in one of the rooms yet to be decorated but it was more than adequate! Clean comfy and the best nights sleep I've had in a long time!!! Poked my head in the door of one of the new rooms.......WOW!!! They look amazing!

Fantastic hotel, had such a lovely time here, the new decor really suits. The owners and staff were so helpful and really looked after us. Really made our long weekend escape fantastic. Definitely coming back, might even bring the kids (might). Definitely recommend staying here. And the restaurants recommended by the owners were brilliant, they really do know the area well.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Myself and my son stayed for one night and had a lovely time. The beach theme throughout the hotel was lovely. Our room was gorgeous and im even decorating my bedroom with the same wallpaper as i loved it! Becky and Jonny were lovely and friendly and ever so helpful. The breakfast was delicious! We will 100% be returning! We loved it! X
