It’s Friday morning, and we are gearing up for a very busy sporting weekend here in Pembrokeshire! We are looking forward to the @activitywalesevents third Saundersfoot Triathlon taking place tomorrow morning from 8am (we will be open from 10am serving you teas and coffees and a bite to eat!) and then on Sunday it is the big one, #ironmanwales2018 ! Keep an eye out for our Pop Up Barbecue stand on #HeartBreak Hill just outside @stbridesspahotel
