Luxury breaks on the Mon & Brec Canal in the Brecon Beacons: four poster, ensuite, hot tub, log burner, home cinema. Immaculate boats, simple to operate.
Beacon Park Boats Description
Beacon Park Boats is a family-run business offering luxury narrowboat holidays on the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal in the Brecon Beacons National Park, Wales. The 5-star boats accommodate from 2 to 7 people, and dogs are welcome, too.
We - Alasdair and Sarah Kirkpatrick - run every aspect of the business from our private wharf at Llanfoist, just outside Abergavenny. We're not a typical boat hire company. We design and build each boat, and personally manage your holiday booking from initial enquiries to showing you how to operate the boat.
Our boats are simple to operate and no experience is needed. If you'd rather not go through a lock, the Mon & Brec Canal is the one for you, as it has a 25-mile lock-free stretch. It's also not connected to the main UK canal network so is never crowded.
