Originally 3 cottages, The Beaufort Chambers was built in the 1870s by the Davies family of Cwrt y Gollen. These were the legal Chambers of Richard H. A. Davies, steward to the Duke of Beaufort.
The building is now home to a cafe, shop and meeting room.
