We just would like to thank Lesley and all of the wonderful staff at the Beaufort park hotel who made our wedding day so special and go with out a hitch

The day went way to quickly for me ha ha but myself and my husband Gareth could not fault a thing,we are now looking to book a night or two for our first anniversary next year

we could not recommend this hotel enough.

We are staying here at the moment and everything is absolutely fine. We are in the Presidential Suite which is Fab ..had Afternoon Tea today and it was lovely excellent value with far too much for us to eat..been here several times and no complaints

Superb hotel, excellent food and very friendly, very helpful staff.



This August bank holiday weekend I organised and led a group of RoSPA advanced motorcyclists around Snowdonia and I chose the Beaufort Park as our base.



What a find.



Beccy, who I had dealt with by email during our booking couldn't have been more helpful when it came to sorting some of the best accommodation for our group of fourteen 'bikers' that we'd ever stayed at.



The food included in our dinner, bed and breakfast rate was of a very high standard, the bar costs were very reasonable and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and accommodating.



Beccy even arranged a complimentary upgrade to a suite complete with a two person jacuzzi bath for my wife and myself as a thank you for the custom. Very kind indeed.



Everyone of my group commented on how good the hotel was. We'll certainly stop there again.

Nice to be back here, after 3 years nothing has changed Andy and mark are still here and the receptionist girls. Were here till Friday.And were all looking forward to tonight’s Entertainment 🚌😊all my passengers are enjoying there stay so far from Kevendys coach travel x

My daughter had her wedding on the 28th May the whole experience was amazing the staff couldn't do enough even though they where rushed of there feet the food day and night was amazing we had carvery in the day and hot buffet at night would do it all over again and so would they thank you so much for making my daughter day the best day of her life

My daughter and son in law had their wedding there. On Friday 4th may. Absolutely beautiful. The staff couldn't do enough for them and all the guests. Big thank you to Jackie and all the staff who work there. Food fantastic. Breakfast wonderful plenty of fresh coffee. Full English breakfast well done Beaufort park hotel. Highly recommend you to everyone xxx

I had a after noon tea well it was 6 o clock the food was great the service was good and I thought the place was really nice

Had our wedding here on 27th May 2017, really couldn't of wished for anything more. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us all. We had afternoon tea for the day guests, everyone enjoyed it (especially the cakes).

The room was dressed perfectly and looked amazing, the evening food was also a hit with all our guests (we had lasagne as well as other hot and cold food) everything was perfect, and the breakfast the next day was just what we all needed.

Thank you all for all the amazing work you all done to make our day perfect, we wish we could do it all over again

Four of us stopped off for lunch. Staff very pleasant efficient and very helpful. We had ham egg & chips. A baguette & 2 Welsh oggies. Service was quick which was nice not to wait ages. The food was excellent with very good portions. A lovely place to eat. We were in the conservatory which was pleasant. Would recommend anyone to call in. First class. Thanks to all

Stayed in family room for one night, clean & well provided.

Breakfast was excellent!

Bathroom little scruffy with tile re- regrouting & bit outdated decor, shower not powerful.

Guest toilet upstairs clean but needs re tiling soon like the bathroom.

Stayed here for work reasons, couldn't fault the hotel allowing me to check in early as I was working nights, I was allocated the Windsor apartment - the double bed was comfortable although it was noisy (!) when you turned over.

The apartment was lovely, it cracked me up to be a single person in so much space!!!

I would stay in that room again for sure. Food was good in the bar, the breakfast this morning was ok, needed to be a little hotter in my opinion, it was nice to be served your breakfast selection, that's a new one for me....



I would happily return.

Just a overnight stay booked by coach company. Room very nice paid a supplement. Had 2 beds in it so very roomy. Had tea coffee facilities in room. Also a very nice bathroom so had choice between bath or shower.

Just returned from a 2 night stay, the family room we stayed In was clean but dated and a little rough around the edges the chairs in the room were well used worn and looked grubby, room 225. On the first night we opted to eat at the hotel the food was below average with the chunky chips tasting of dirty oil, the morning breakfast wasnt the best either. the drinks were reasonably priced so no complaints there, staff were pleasant enough, overall we enjoyed our stay but improvements could be made.

I am giving 4 stars to the food(( Afternoon tea)) but your customer service was absolutely shocking. Staff had faces like thunder and looked like they really did not want to be there!!!! And I thought staff are supposed to wait on you well that was a joke had to go up & find staff to tell them ask them when we need our food etc,,,, shocking customer service. Don’t ever remember it being like this. Could not fault food tho

Been coming here over the past 20 years and still can not get the food right but the beer is good

Really disappointing. Kids refused juice on the set kids menu when it clearly states juice or cordial. Even when shown this, staff refused to give juice. Only got it once I explained he is allergic to colourings in cordial. 2 yr old got wrong meal then the (also wrong) replacement was so incredibly hot it would burn your skin if u picked up a chip. I chose my meal as it came with rocket but it arrived with a different salad leave.

Me and the wife stayed here the rooms are very dated and the food my god was terrible cold ham and beef with a lump off bread also melon with a treacle sauce which was terrible we were herded in a room like cattle coach trip separate from the hotel guests
