Absolutely fantastic castle. Particularly enjoyed the battlements which you can walk around. Beaumaris is a lovely pretty town with nice places to eat and wonderful sea and mountain views.

It's a castle ruin that is interesting to walk around. It has a TV room situated inside with a short documentary telling you of its history. The kids loved it.

Fantastic place although not as big as I imagined. Lots of imagination to be used and there us an interactive app you can use. Great for children. A couple of things to note. Do not go if you do not like climbing up stone steps with a wall on one side and a hand rail and drop on the other or you are scared of heights, like I found out I was there. Also not good for people who are claustrophobic as very narrow corridors in parts and small rooms or who don't do well in dark places as the lighting isn't great. But all in all a place worth a visit for the history of it

Love this place. Bit pricey to get in but a good chance to see a castle inside and out. Walk around the grounds, walk around the walls above and walk around the insides of the walls. Got to be nimble sometimes.
Great when a medieval show is on as well.
Every one will love it just a bit limited if a chair user.

BEAUTIFUL! I enjoyed this place more than Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany. This place looks as if you just walked out of the Middle Ages. They’ve left it untouched, and you can walk through all of it. I was lucky enough to be there in the chapel when two catholic girls were singing a beautiful cover of “Nearer my God To Thee”, and it echoed throughout the eerie corridors of the castle. Make sure to spend at least 2 hours here. Remember that the corridors and the walls your body walks upon were the same as ancient monarchs. It will make you feel right deep into that part of history.

Very educational for young and old. Appreciated the interactive additions inside the castle. Reasonably priced. Enjoyed that so much of castle was accessible. Information rations in boards gave real picture of what castle could have become.

Easy when on the level grass areas. Quiet a bit of climbing stairs with rope for the handrail. Once up on top of the walls, the views are rather grand. Can walk sections inside the Castle walls. Excellent staff and very helpful. Carparks not far away. No Tea Room on site. Shop in Entrance Foyer.

Had a brilliant time here. Great staff and plenty of passages to explore. Spent longer here than expected to parking is easy nearby.

A nice place to visit for everyone, and there's plenty to do and see once you have visited the castle whether it is a boat trip to puffin Island or a stroll through the quaint streets for a spot of shopping.
