I'm sure this campsite was really good, but is in the transitional phase of being taken over so things are not as they should be. By the end of October it will close for reconstruction. So cannot say what the new look will be. The nature here is wonderful. Good place to walk with a camera.
In the forest. Nicely secluded. Lovely running stream. Bit boggy and one toilet/shower block closed and no bakery as advertised.
This is a beautiful tranquil site We have spent many holidays here and always had the most marvellous time. It is a very friendly site with marvellous staff and usually very nice children for the lads to play with. Close to lovely little villages, mountains and steam train. Lovely and clean and staff cannot do enough for you. I am so sad that it is all going to change. Thank you for all the wonderful times we have had
We originally stopped one night but returned for a second. Loved it here loads of nature first night watched door mice and squirrels. Site large, enough room between hook ups so not cramped. Showers room clean but dated but loads of hanging and space for belongings in shower room. Only negative could be in shower area a couple of mirrors. They are in toilet block but not shower block. Sold bakery products freshly made if ordered night before. No mobile, TV or internet connection but that was great for us telephone box available to use expensive if calling a mobile but landline much cheaper. Rangers really helpful and friendly. Some lovely walks for dogs found a lovely little waterfall. About 40 minutes walk into village. Will be back again worth every penny.
Very nice campsite indeed. Felt welcomed even though we turned up at 2130 on the Friday. They offer a bakery service which was very much appreciated :) Nice site, quite a lot of pitches to spread out. The showers were always hot and the toilet block always clean. Would come back :)

Brilliant campsite in walking distance from Beddgelert. Make sure to order bread for the morning! Sleep amongst the trees! Great base for nearby Snowdon attractions too :)
Absolutely LOVED this place. Soo beautiful! Loads for the kids to do. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lots of walks. Local steam train. Surrounding area is lovely! Local village was great! Good price. Had a really nice time, wish we could have stayed longer. Will deffo come again. If youre thinking of coming here please do! You wont regret it!
