Beggars Reach Hotel

Great venue, been to many a wedding here and it's run with precision with a great attention to detail. Food great, and also been to many an event or conference/summit too and the welcome and atmosphere is always great.

What a brilliant hotel, ldeal location for weddings, and anybody wanting a quiet time, food and staff excellent.

very nice place and beautifuly kept gardens , cleaners need to empty bedside cupboards from previous guests, over all stay was comfortable and enjoyable .

Sunday lunch routine and always enjoy the lovely ambience. Just wish they could give these young waiting staff some training on restaurant etiquette. They're most courteous but need clearly need training on customer awareness and efficient use of journies to and from kitchen. As a retired resturaunter I get frustrated when young and aspiring caterers don't get satisfaction of providing excellent service, getting good recognition and one would hope good renumeration. But I get impression that Beggars are happy just to have cheap labour. Mmmm...not good for future of this industry.

Beautiful location, beautiful building, bar is expensive

Could not fault the place from our welcome to our departure. The bed was really comfy the room was excellent. Breakfast was just right and lots of little extras to choose from. I definitely recommend this hotel

I was only there for one night, I arrived at about 9pm and had work the next day so didn't get to spend much time there. I had the salmon for my dinner which was a little bit disappointing but I still ate, was OK. The starters were very nice and they were rather generous as well. My room was a little bit cold and the radiator was on max, woke up a few times due to being cold. The bed though was very comfortable, the room was very clean and had a homely feel to it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this place, just need to sort out the heating on the room.
